Chandeliers, decorative wall lights, track and spot lighting. The fitting is wired in, and the job is tested before BrightBolt leaves. The same work covers a bedroom, a room that is still being finished, or a commercial space.
A kitchen in Stroud needed the room wiring as well as the fittings: downlights, under-cabinet lighting, the oven, the induction hob and the sockets. Where a kitchen is being stripped out first, the circuits in the way are isolated so the rest of the house can stay on.
Full rewires and smaller ones, plus the first fix before the boards go on and the second fix when the fittings go on. The same call covers a minor repair, a fault, or smoke alarms that need checking or replacing.
On a house in Bristol, the first fix for new external lights was run and left ready for the fittings. The cable is routed while the outside of the building is still open, so the lights can go on without opening the work up again.
A playing court had its floodlights upgraded. Testing showed one head was faulty. Both heads were then at full output. The before and after photographs are on the projects page.
Power for a garage, shed or summer house. On this job the cables went into the roof and the drops were left on the block wall before the plasterboard. The second fix follows once the building is ready for the fittings.
Wall heaters fitted through an office. Each one sits next to the switched supply that feeds it, put in where the heater was asked for.
